Lucky for you I have one of these boards kicking around that I use mostly for things like this. I took the capacitors off and measured out of circuit because capacitance readings are real finicky. And I almost lost one of them that launched itself onto my microscope light.

And I almost lost one of them that launched itself onto my microscope light. Also pardon the crud this board was covered in thermal paste when I got it and I am still finding it in little crevices.

* Red is a resistor (I think) measured about 3.5 ohms on my meter.
* Orange a capacitor that measured about 165 nano farad
* Yellow is a capacitor that measured about 5.5 micro farad

Not sure of voltages and I didn't take the time to figure out sizes of components, but I figured the actual specs will be thew hardest the get anyway.
