N64 Powers On, No Output, Voltage Tests OK

Texto:

***Background:***
A client brought me his N64; his little kid broke the yellow plug of his composite cables at the TV, and now the console won't output at all (lamp on, no video, no audio).
+
+***Testing:***
I've tested it with multiple cables and can confirm the issue. Gone through the following steps:
* Cleaned inside and underneath the cartridge slot connector;
* inspected all pins of each IC;
* cleaned and tested continuity of AV port pins
* Tested voltage at 12V and 3.3V rails
* Tried different expansion/jumper paks
* inspected capacitors
* Tested voltage at each pin of the AV port (except RGB & Sync which tested 0 of course because it's not a modded system)
-
All tests were OK. Not sure where to test further. I'm leaning towards a combination of recapping (which I would've done anyway) and a new cartridge connector. Any ideas?
