@ubaldopatino sounds like your hold/lock flex is no longer working. Time to fix that. Here is the guide for it [guide|5112]. While you do have it apart already, might as well repalce the battery too [guide|3131] You don't want to open it to many times.These are very difficult to work on and require lots of patience.
