AmbientLight Sensor not working after Display repair

I swapped my broken iPad. Screen against a new original one and swapped also the Face ID Flex.

Face ID working properly but the ambient light Sensor does not working.

Took it off and on a 100 Times and align it correctly, but it does not work. Any suggestions?
