Thanks for the software link. My Megaboom wouldn't charge or turn on. Sometimes it did charge but power button didn't seem to work. I had previously checked the battery and it was reading 8vdc.
I downloaded the UE software here and my Megaboom was recognized. Mine had 31.5.23 and was upgradable. That updated it to 2.2.9 (3~4m) and then once that was installed, it started working again and the UE app took over updates from there and upgraded it to 2.4.16 via Bluetooth! Woohoo.
