Vape had a charging problem. Now doesn’t turn on.

I bought the vape a year ago. I put it down for 2 months cuz I stopped smoking. I bought 2 cartridges from the dispensary just for the battery to turn on and say low battery. I charged it and it still said low battery. Then I left it charging overnight and now it doesn’t turn on
