Unknown part - fell out!

Hello - I removed the casing to detatch the clamps. While this was successful, something began to rattle inside and this fell out. Absolutely no idea where from and it doesn't appear to have affected the device from what I can tell.

It's silver, two inches across and has a small amount of lubricant on it.
