Error 9 for this device is mostly Nand problem. This can be solved with reball the nand, or when have allready critical bad block cout then must be replaced, but the original data (sn, bt and wifi Mac adress) must be copied on the new nand. But error 1602 ist mostly problem with USB timing clock, you can try to connect to some nativ port (not some usb hubs or ports on case) or try to use usb 2.0 port not 3.x. When is the problem with nand and the nand is self ok, can temporary help heat up the device on cca 60°C with hair dryer and flash it when is hot. At least you can see some different or Maybe will flash succes( but probably will work not so long time)
