@saulcacere10870 if you get damages on the outside of the screen where you touch it, use a screen protector. IT really should not do that since it is tempered glass. If your screen is damaged, you will have to replace it first. While you replace your screen, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
