Newly installed battery don't charge

Hello there, I have replaced  new battery to my laptop but its not charging. On the battery information state that the battery is installed, condition normal, amperage 0,

charging no, voltage 12188, cycle count one.

I did reset the SMC centre but did not work. Any suggestions please? Thanks
