So as far as I can tell, if a button isn't working, the fix is to replace the full faceplate. So I don't have any other advice for you; if you want to disassemble the faceplate and try to identify and locate a replacement power switch then cool, you'll be a trailblazer and perhaps consider creating your own guide so others can benefit from your work.
Anyway, if you want to just go ahead and do what seems to be the standard fix, you can buy the faceplate with buttons here.
EDIT: If the problem turns out to be the actual electrical switch mounted on the motherboard, then you're looking at an entirely different repair. Fortunately, a user over at instructables.com had the same problem and went to the trouble of locating a replacement part and writing a guide!

The switch itself looks like it works for all three switches the front panel and can be found at mouser.com. They're only $0.63 USD each; you'll probably spend a lot more than that just on shipping, so might as well get a couple while you're at it.
