this somewhat sounds like a problem with the hard drive or the ssd, do you know if you are using the hybrid hard drive or the NVME version of this laptop?  if you are using the hybrid hard drive version this sounds like the hard drive is needing to be secured or the connector from it to the motherboard replaced, And i would recommend upgrading the hybrid hard drive that comes with this series into a solid state drive just for better performance in general
