Everything's all good now I found out that if you unplugged the AV cable if you're using the standard three-color coated one and unplugged the Wii itself for a while the green screen is gone so the Wii works totally fine.

Everything's all good now I found out that if you unplug the AV cable from the consulate itself as well as unplug the power cable from the outlet and just let it be for a while in my case I let be for an entire weekend I checked on it this Monday I reconnected everything and sure enough the green screen issue was gone.

So my advice is disconnect the AV cable from the unit and disconnect the power from the outlet and let it be for the time I did or a little bit longer and the problem should go away.
