Go to the support page on your motherboard manufacturer’s website, they'll probably have a page that tells you how to  enter the BIOS on your motherboard. You should make sure your keyboard is plugged directly into your motherboard and try just plugging your installation media (I'm assuming it's a flashdrive with a Windows ISO flashed onto it) directly into your motherboard.
