If a PC only boots into the BIOS, that usually means it can’t find any bootable media, so it could be a couple things. A problem with your Windows installation, or more likely a bad/dead hard drive or less likely a bad hard drive connection/connector.

You’ll have do some troubleshooting. You can start with trying to reinstall windows, if windows setup can’t your internal drive, most likely it’s dead.
