Can anyone confirm the type of this Samsung RAM? |

#### Texto:

Hello again, I bought two ram sticks and I'd like to know how to read them to determine their specs. They have a SODIMM size and here is the serial number on the chips : K4T1G084QQ-HCF7. There are 8 chips on each face so a total off 16 chips on a single stick. I know that K means Samsung, then 1G probably means 1GB. So what kind of sticks are they ? Can somebody explain me how 16 modules of 1GB can make a 1GB, 2GB or 4GB sticks ? How is it calculated ? Thanks EDIT : Ok after some research I found out how it is calculated. So my module has eight 1GB chips on both side, both side represent 1GB so the module is a 1GB*2=2GB module. Thanks for replying
