Why My Passport Ultra disconnects

Hello. I am using WD Portable Hard drive. It connects for a while on my Window 10 but disconnects after some second and shows error the drive is not accessible or the parameter is not defined. I tried different methods from YouTube, but it didn’t work what must be the reason behind it while it is working on other’s PC.
