I have the same problem. Although I have the wireless adapter somewhat working after building the 5.10.1 kernel and installing firmware, wifi gets lost after suspend and a reboot seems to be needed.
I read the service manual, which shows how to completely dismantle the latop, but dos not say anything about removing the wifi card separately. Its quite frustrating, but I become more and more convinced that its soldered to the system board.
Have you learned anything in the meantime ?
