I had this problem with my Lumix DMC TZ70. I tried several different adhesives before finding (in UK) Loctite Super Glue ALL PLASTICS. This is a two part adhesive pus Activator. Brush one part  onto one surface and apply the other part to the other side. Squeeze together - dead simple. I have used the camera extensively during  several months of lock down and no sign of any movement
