Look in Owners manual. Can find on line. It will say that this means the ink pads are full and the printer is at end of service life and to contact Epson. They will tell you to buy a new printer. Go to Youtube and search for “reset Artisan 1430”. You will find info on resetting lights and installing a waste ink tank. Sort of designed obsolescence I think.

+Update: found service manual with details on waste ink pad replacement:https://www.4shared.com/archive/Cm2eWu2pba/artisan_1430_service_manual_ad.html
+
+Waste tank install is probably easier and better long term. than messy pad replacement.
