Charging and temperature issue

Hi everyone, I've been using my LG stylo 4 for a while. Recently I was unable to charge it. When I try, this message pop up ''charging will resume when your phone warms up'' . When I turn it off there is this question mark on the screen and I cant turn it on no more. Any help please!!!
