Here’s how I fixed it and I don’t know why I didn’t see it before. Press on the notification when it pops up. Go to More Settings. There was a 3 dot menu indicator that I hadn’t seen before. Press it. Set notification to Low - no sound or text. That did it!

There was a 3 dot menu indicator that I hadn’t seen before. Press it. Set notification to Low - no sound or text. That did it!
