Replacement LED flash cover

Is there any way to replace the small glass (plexi?) LED cover that rests flush between rear-facing camera lenses on LG G6 (H871)?

To be clear, I’m not talking about the rear lens cover, but the small (roughly 3mm x 5mm pill-shaped insert that fills the depth between surface-mounted LED flash and the external case / lens cover.
