While playing a game, chatting, or reading a book my screen will go blank then reappear with the ASUS home screen that asks you to swipe up to unlock but at this point the screen is frozen and the circle icons are “empty”.[br]

I didn’t want to ever purchase an ASUS because I have always believed them to be a pos. But I let myself get talked into buying this so now I’d like to get it to actually work.
