Mine also stopped working. They were not used for some time so I charged them. All the lights were glowing. But when I connected them to my laptop is did not work. I then looked as some videos for fixing such a problem. The first video suggested that I simultaneously press the On/Off and the mute button, which is one on each headset, for two minutes.
