5 beeps typically means there is a problem with the CMOS battery itself.
 
Remove the battery (not the CMOS) and the AC Adapter and press and hold the power button for 25-30 secondsseconds, then after that plug the computer back in and try to power it up. This might work, but if not try a different CMOS battery instead. If all that does not work this problem is out of my hands.
