Why does my S6 Edge freeze when I try to update the phone

My Galaxy S6 Edge has updates (a software update that T Mobile pushes)and just freezes my phone at the white T Mobile screen. It won't go past this screen, this isn't the 1st time this happened. Does anyone know how to fix this without factory resting the phone? Is it the S6 Edge? Because the 1st 6 Edge I had (I tried to update my last s6 edge it did the same thing), had the same problem. Any solutions ?
