Hi.
 
If you’re trying to watch PAL frame rate video on ana NTSC type display device then it will be too slow. (I’m assuming that you had PAL video mode selected in the camera)

Try using [https://sourceforge.net/projects/svideoconverter/reviews/|software - example only] to convert the frame rate from 25 to 29.97 and see if that works.
 
There is other software available to do this. Just search for video converter software.
