Hello, I just got this tablet on May 18th. Has no damage whatsoever. I just received my Micro sd card in the mail and was going to insert it into my device.Problem is that the key that came with the tablet does not open or eject the slot. I tried a little bit of pressure and have increased it but it has yet to open. I’ve followed the instructions it came with and even ones I found on the Verizon website but even still I cannot manage to pop it out. Could someone help me please? I’m not sure what to do
