So, sorry if this doesn't help: Try taking it back to the store you bought it from, and explain to them on what day you got it, where you were and what you did to it before it messed up. If you dropped it in a liquid, for example. Try buying a new one, or getting it repaired at the store. If you got it online, try getting a refund, or get a new one. So, You're welcome if it helped.
