You can try and apply some pressure right above the lines and see if they then disappear. Of course it is best done with the back of the TV removed. Here is an image show you the TAB bonds.

- There is really no fix for it since it requires a special repair. Sometimes it can be temporarily be resolved by continuing to apply pressure to the bond with some tape etc.
