Check your battery, it might just need replacing. Also make sure that the battery connectors are clean and free of corrosion. I also seem to recall that there is a fuse for the charging circuit. So if you replace your battery and you clean all the contact, and made sure that your contacts connect with the battery contacts let us know, I will try and find more info.
