I went on the Apple support chat (Ugh, I know right?) After a lengthy wait, and conversation with the rep, They concluded that the monkey (Apple tech) will decide on giving you a new phone or replacing the button itself.  They said because I had a 3rd party (Me, I told them a repair shop replaced everything) that it is now out of warranty. The only issue is the home button isn't broken... It works itself, But touch ID does not work on it. I don't know why this happens.
