@jsd9086 it is possible that the card reader thinks a card is inserted due to a bend or stuck switch. Your reader will have one tab that gets moved away when you insert a new card and thus recognizes that. If that tab is no longer working properly, your camera will be told that a card is inserted. Of course, you also should try a different memory card. Use [[Topic:Nikon Coolpix P90|these guides]] to work on your camera
