Remember that in order to actually notice a CPU upgrade you will have to run programs that are CPU extensive (large CAD/CAM drawings etc. come to mind) otherwise you may safe a few microseconds during everyday-tasks. I'd go with some more memory and maybe an SSD but would leave it at that.
