If the power button is damaged you have no way of doing this without taking apart the phone. Follow [guide|19239|this guide], all you need to do is remove the battery connection then reconnect it again, plug it into the charger and it will boot up.

The phone becomes quite hard to operate when the On / Off button is not working so get that repaired as soon as possible
