Cmos chip location on board

Texto:

OK i have a d620 that I replaced the motherboard on. I bought it from a website and i have a bios password that will not let me set the date and time or change my boot order since it is locked by the password, I contacted the company and they sent me a new board that worked 3 times before it stopped working and will not post. I do not want to get another board, I would like to fix the first one.

This is NOT a stolen system, I do this as a hobby and for my family. I need to locate the chip that stores the password so I can swap the one off of the original board that has a bad video card. Any help would be appreciated.
