The device most likely won't turn on due to an issue with either the screen brightness, drained battery or a stuck power button. Be sure that the screen brightness isn't too dark. The battery might need to be charged or replaced. It could be that the tablet is not set up for charging. Be sure that the device is on and the sleep mode is turned off.
