conquishab, download the service manual [http://h20628.www2.hp.com/km-ext/kmcsdirect/emr_na-c03758231-1.pdf|from here.] Page 75 of the manual will show you how to get to the fan and how to replace it. while you are at the fan, check to make sure that you get any power to the connector. Most likely it is the  fan, but anything is possible. Hope this helps, good luck.
