Settings>General>iCloud: then down at the bottom of the iCloud section there is a button that says "Delete Account", you'll want to click that. Once that is complete you'll need to make you own Apple ID. Apple ID's can be created in the App Store or on the apple website:http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/basics/
