Lo destape por completo, y el flex esta totalmente partido desde la base del conector externo del teclado, el que se inserta a la tablet. Me gustaria saber donde puedo conseguir los esquematicos de este conector, para saber como conectar el flex con los pines del conector, como se conecta la retroiluminacion el teclado y como se conecta hacia la placa matriz del teclado. Conseguir el repuesto o Algun tecnico que me ayude en la reparacion.

So.. The other day, I was trying to install windows 10. While it was installing, the screen blacked out and it forced restarted several times. After it stopped restarting, it just cleared all of its data... Windows 10 was not installed... So it basically just factory reset itself... I don't want that happening again so I'm just going to keep Windows 8.

Now, to my problem.. The laptop can't play sounds anymore. When I hover my mouse over the speaker icon in the tool bars, it says "No audio output device is installed." I've spent so much time researching a solution but I've finally given up.

Any help is appreciated :)

I transferred the Surface 4 digitizer board to the new screen. Machine turns on ok and screen comes on fine. I still do not have screen touch or use of pen. I have ordered a new digitizer board and will try it for correction of touch screen. Other suggestions for repair of problem would be appreciated.
