Mi proyector no muestra imagen al conectar cualquier cable opcional hacia el computador. Enciende con normalidad y funcionan sus botones y luces, excepto la parte donde van lo que conecta con la PC. Probé con cable VGA, con HDMI, con USB y ninguno funcionó para mandar señal de haber sido conectado a un dispositivo.

Tengo un proyector de LED con muy poco uso , Los ventiladores cada vez funcionaban más rápido y de pronto la intensidad de la luz de proyección bajo hasta transformarse en tenue. Se perdió mucha luminosidad, desarmé, limpié (estaba con bastante polvo) y volví a armar. Nunca más recuperé la luminosidad intensa. Alguien puede orientarnos? la fuente? la lámpara? cómo saber donde está el problema? - gracias.

I’m having a power issue with my Samsung The Freestyle projector and was hoping to get some diagnostic help.

The Symptom:

When I connect the power cable, the small LED indicator on the front lights up. However, the projector does not actually turn on. When I press the power button on the remote, the LED blinks/flashes in response, but the fan doesn't spin up and there is no light output from the lens.

What I've tried so far:

• Checked the power cable and adapter (using the original Samsung 65W USB-C brick).

• Tried a different wall outlet.

• Attempted to power it on using the button on the unit itself, but it still won't boot.

Is this a known mainboard failure, or could it be a software hang that requires a specific hard reset sequence? Any advice on which internal components I should check or test with a multimeter would be greatly appreciated.

When attempting to do a firmware update it comes up with the message detected firmware and a few seconds, prompts to remove the USB after reading its contents reboots after that, but nothing is installed.

Current firmware is 010-0003-09

Trying to update to 010-0003-25 downloaded from Barco website.

Have followed instructions in manual on Barco website.

Memory stick has USB FAT-file system and the unzipped release.tar on the root of the USB memory stick.

Have downloaded the firmware twice and tried two different USB memory sticks.

Am I missing a step not mentioned in the manual?

Are there any stupid things I might be doing wrong without releasing it?

Optoma HD72: Optima HD72 Incompatible with Multi Channel AV Receiver

We just upgraded our Multi Channel AV Receiver. With our old receiver, we could only either get sound or picture, but not both. When they installed the new Multi Channel AV Receiver, the same thing is happening and we are being told it is because the Optima HD72 is out of date and incompatible. How do we know this is the truth and not just a simple fix?
