Pido disculpas adelantadas por si debiera de hacer esta pregunta en otro apartado.

Ahí va el problema, tengo un MacBook A1181 (Intel Core 2 Duo/ Penryn 2.1 GHz) desde hace dos años.

Hace seis meses he ampliado la RAM a 4GB para instalar "Logic Express 9" y "Snow Leopard:SO"....todo bien.....excepto en algunas ocasiones cuando se calienta bastante.... pero se soluciona después de una pausa.

Desde hace tres días al encender el MB, aparece el "fondo gris con manzanita" pero a los 5'' segundos la pantalla se oscurece totalmente, casi negra.

Todas las funciones estás operativas, los tiempos de espera, ruidos, etc....se mantienen igual...no hay bloqueos....al iluminar la pantalla con una linterna, se ven los iconos y el funcionamiento se mantiene normal.

He reestablecido la SMC (Control Gestión Sistema) y PRAM unas tres veces.

He probado con la RAM original y el Mac OS X........ sin instalar "Snow Leopard".

Revisión de permisos, actualización de firmware, y dos Test de disco duro sin incidencias.

Formateado el disco duro,... reinstalado el software un par de veces, pero todo sigue igual.

Solo permite ver algo cuando reduzco totalmente la luminosidad, y desde ahí empiezo a aumentar el brillo....punto por punto de brillo.....hasta un máximo de 3 ó 4....si fuerzo un poco más en seguido vuelve a oscurecerse.

No he experimentado cambios al presionar el teclado, otras partes de la carcasa, o reiniciar con "Shift" pulsado.

He visto que otra persona comentaba la posibilidad de que fuese el convertidor o su propio cable.....lo que me ha alegrado al desechar temporalmente un fallo de la placa base.

Vuestros vídeos ponen los pelos de punta....enhorabuena, magnífico trabajo.

Quizás me abra las tripas si es un problema de cables o del conversor.

Pero no me merece mucho la pena por que el antiguo son 2 GB, no 4 GB, de tal forma que perdería 2 GB. ¿Alguien que le pase?

He cambiado la placa de audio de jack y microfono, para cambiarla apague totalmente la bateria presionando el pequeño boton que esta al lado del conector de bateria y su led durante unos segundos 5-10seg.

La reparación fue satisfactoria porque tanto Microfono como salida de audio de auriculares funciona cuando arranco el mac

Despues lo apago y no vuelve a encenderse mediante la tecla power, si lo llevo a reposo, vuelve a la vida sin problema.

Volviendo a apagar por completo el mac y luego la bateria, abriendolo y apretando el pequeño boton en el interior al lado del conector de la bateria y su led, cuando enchufo el cargador puede encender esa primera vez.

La bateria carga bien, el adaptador de corriente es el suyo, estoy angustiado porque no se como proceder, cualquier ayuda sera agradecida ad infinitum.

Deje el fin de semana mi macbook a1342 mediados de 2010 en reposo y el dia Lunes al abrirla y tratar de encenderla, ya no fue posible!!

la semana previa trabaje con un teclado bluetooth el cual ya no tengo.

he tratado de recuperar el equipo a traves de un reseteo del SMC, pero el teclado no responde, el boton de encendido no reacciona, sin embargo, despues de abrirla y hacer un inicio forzado (Pin 5 y 6 y power pads) se escucha actividad en el disco duro y en el Superdrive, el bluetooth esta activo, por lo que descarto problema de corriente y creo que de alguna manera el smc continua indicando que esta en estado de reposo (bloqueado o atorado),

Imagino que solo podre sacarlo de este estado con un reset manual del smc directo (de hardware)

un esquema del SMC (U4900 - H8S2117) indica un reset logico en el pin 35

Tambien encontre una imagen llamada SMC reset "Button" / brownout detect, En el que indica el U500 NCP303LSN y al parecer el pin 5 SMC MANUAL RST L se deberia poner a tierra (Pin 3) para efectuarse, pero estoy indeciso en esta opcion.

gracias por el apoyo, creo que muchas fallas en este modelo de macbook se deben a este mismo problema

Mi macbook model A1278, al pulsar el boton de encendido en ocasiones no enciende y tengo que realizar un "Jump Start" para poder encenderlo. Otras veces enciende normal (sin necesidad del Jump start)y en raramente se enciende solo.

Sospecho que se debe al propio botón.

¿A alguien más le ha pasado? y como lo ha solucionado?? ya que no encuentro el botón por separado para comprarlo.

My macbook A1278 model , pressing the power button does not light sometimes and I have to make a "Jump Start" to turn it on. Other times it turns normally ( without the Jump start) and only rarely turns .

I suspect it is due to the button itself.

Anyone else has happened ? and as it has solved ?? since I can not find the button to buy it separately .

tengo un macbook 6,1 desde 2009, a lo largo de este tiempo le he hecho upgrade de SSD, RAM y batería y me ha funcionado sin problemas. Pero un día al volver de la universidad, la pantalla empezó a parpadear, hasta que definitivamente (después de hacerlo durante un par de días) se quedó totalmente en negro. El ordenador enciende y si le coloco un monitor mediante el display funciona sin problemas y se puede trabajar con el.

Entiendo que no es un problema de la gráfica ya que si saca imagen, entonces, me pregunto, si es un problema de pantalla o algo similar (como un cable suelto o algo).

Alguien sabe cual es el sustituto de este componente? me parece una resistencia (la de color café claro, o quizá un capacitar de montaje superficial. El que está junto a los puntitos de soldadura. Al revisar la placa la lo encontré reseco y un poco roto y de igual manera noto que no funciona la cámara ni el modulo bluetooth.
