Visualmente no he visto nada en placa, el funcionamiento es a través de led infrarrojo y receptor, he medido el led y me da una caida de tensión de 1.1v aproximadamente pero no ser como se mide el receptor tambien he puesto la cámara del móvil y no se ve que emita ningún impulso.

Quisiera saber a que se debe un problema, que últimamente se ha vuelto constante, al trabajar con el mouse por un periodo x de la nada el mouse no responde y no puedo controlar el ´puntero ya que se mueve constantemente. La única forma que se pueda arreglar es desconectando la conexión Bluetooth o simplemente apagando el computador.

Cuando regresé, quise usarlo, instalé las baterías en la forma correcta y lo encendí pero el diodo azul no encendió.

Después de apagarlo y encenderlo varias veces, la luz azul apareció aunque no con la rapidez normal. Lo pude utilizar un tiempo con todas sus funciones pero por la costumbre, lo apagué. Cuando necesite usarlo de nuevo, ya no quiso prender de manera que lo apagué y encendí con baterias nuevas y no prendió. De pronto en una de las apagadas y prendidas, volvió a prender y funcionó normal pero por la costumbre, lo apagué de nuevo y ahora no quiere encender.

Por favor, ayúdenme con este problema.

I have verified that the interconnect ribbon cable and battery connector are seated correctly.

I have a multimeter and would like help identifying potential blown SMD fuses, bad voltage rail test points, or common failure points on the motherboard that would cause a total power failure despite having a good battery voltage.

I've attached high-resolution photos of the motherboard (front and back) and the USB-C daughterboard. Any guidance on where to probe would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I have MX Anywhere 3 and I have now this issue: left side is not clicking. You need a stronger click/click in a precise spot of this side of the mouse to make the click work. I have this product for more than 5 years now. I saw there are some videos about how to fix it at home... and I am a bit afraid buying the tools/paying someone to fix it and then having the issue again...
Do you guys have any tips or instructions that I could follow to solve this problem? Have you faced this problem as well? Is really worth fixing it?

1) This version has a braided cloth cover.

2) P/N and S/N are on a tag attached to the cord vice underside of mouse.

3) P/N: 810-002849.

The mouse is not responding to some buttons, and I would like to find a way open it up to test them. I could splice in a new cable, but that is a radical solution which may not fix the issue.

I received an MX Master 3S that could not power up. I disassembled it and realized that the 10UH 100 power inductor is gone, and the contact pad highlighted in red was ripped off. I will try to take a close-up photo of it when I get home in a few days.

I have attempted soldering contact pads on bigger boards, but trying it on a mouse would be a first for me. I wonder if anyone here has experience in repairing such problems. Any advice would be appreciated.
