Logitech MX Mechanical: Charges, but no power?

Hi,

I came into a MX Mechanical (full size) at a local discount store, and though new in box upon opening it revealed a dent on the top right corner. That established, the device takes power and has a full battery, the LED pulses when charging, but the on switch doesn't seem to serve any function, as it doesn't present itself for discovery. I've tried Bluetooth on three different devices, the included bolt receiver and an older logi unifying receiver all to no avail. I've gone as far as dissembling the device, and though the brown cable does appear a bit pinched, it isn't by any means (visibly) severed. I've tried the Esc+O (2x), Esc+B, reset along with Esc+Fn all to no avail. I'd appreciate any guidance!

Logitech K750 Keyboard: There's a key too sensible, can it be repaired?

Y got this keyboard second hand, after some time figured out that a key (B in this case) is too sensible, just holding softly the finger on it gets pressed, this does not happen in other keys, I understand that something is broken in the inside, do you think this can be repaired? I've heard that this can be the membrane, and is costly, does not worth it, any clues? Thanks in advance.

Logitech MX Keys: Backlight cycling nonstop why?

My 2nd MX keys keyboard with same issue developed after few months. Backlight cycling on and off regardless of time of the day which drain battery really quick. Looks like common issue, found some videos on YT. Fault lay in proximity sensor that can not be disabled by software or key combination without completely disabling backlight which I want to keep. So far I tried.

latest firmware

blow air to clean dust (sometimes help for little while)

turn off&on power

change to bluetooth connection

change RF receiver

My fix was to disconnect one of the wires inside of keyboard to totally disable proximity sensor.

Logitech do not want to own the issue.

Logitech G815 Gaming Keyboard: Why is my G815 key inputs not working

Keyboard hasn't even seen heavy use. Multiple keys no longer working. Some randomly register as pressed down all the time and others do not work at all. I've disassembled, cleaned and even replaced a couple Romer G keys but the issue remains. Seems like a circuit board problem.

Really sad when you pay nearly $200 and it barely outlasts the warranty period. Last Logitech peripheral I ever buy but would love to see if there's a way to salvage this paper weight. Would like to know which replacement parts might be available and when so I can weight out my options.

Logitech K750 Keyboard: Can I use other rechargeable batteries?

hi

I understand besides the ML2032 can one use other re-chargeables like VL2032 or LIR2032 ?

VL2032

VL Battery Chemistry

A Lithium Ion chemistry that works well in camcorder and rechargeable electronics applications. Batteries with the VL designation have no memory effect, meaning they can be charged to full capacity at any point in the charge cycle. You don’t need to empty the charge before recharging.

VL Batteries:

Have a high energy capacity

Are perfect for camcorders

Can be recharged at any point in the charge cycle

LIR2032

LIR Battery Chemistry

Unlike the other chemistries, the LIR chemisty has a voltage of 3.6V instead of 3V. This chemistry is rechargeable, however a protective circuit is absolutely necessary due to the very high energy density of this type of cell. LIR2032 batteries are frequently used in car security systems, memory backup batteries in electronic devices, electronic watches, and many other applications.

LIR Batteries:

Have a voltage of 3.6V rather than 3V

Have an extremely high energy density

Are rechargeable, but require a protection circuit

Logitech Keyboard: My lowercase P stoPPed working

I have a wireless, brand-new Logitech keyboard. My lowercase P stoPPed working. I can get a LC-P, but it takes a little maneuvering with the caPs lock key and the shift key. I noticed my LC P stoPPed working after a MS Windows 11 uPdate. (and, as we know, anything is Possible after an uPdate LOL). I have gone to, at least, 10 sites that show 'fixes' for this Problem. But, none have rectified it. Now what? Also, I have Plugged in my 'adaPter' that came with the new keyboard into another slot - still doesn't work. I bought the new keyboard because I had the same Problem on the old keyboard after the download NOTE: all of my drivers are uP-to-date.

logitech g710: How exactly does disassembly even work with this keyboard?

I have the board most of the way apart. The case is open, there are no more (accessible without a rotary cutter) screws anchoring anything together. Am I supposed to desolder the key switches in order to get the board to lift from the face plate or will the PCB survive a little bit of brute force and ignorance? I have absolutely nothing to go on here (I’ve hit a very similar stop with my Logitech G710+ keyboard, but that’s a question for that product’s dealie if a full teardown guide doesn’t yet exist).

Logitech K Series Keyboard: Logitech K810 Keyboard Weirdness

Hi,

My Logitech K810 Wireless Keyboard suddenly started typing weird. As example if I type "A" it give "LA" (both for uppercase and lowercase) and even more oddly it does the same when I type "L" (results as "LA"). Adding on that when I type "S" it results as "S + Enter" and vice versa "Enter" results as "S + Enter". The left arrow gives an "M" and this weird issue appeared the day I came back from a long vacation when everything was OFF (keyboard, mouse and ofcourse the desktop PC). I did try to remove the driver for both the keyboard and bluetooth receiver but it didn't help. I have no clue how and why that happened. I never, absolutely NEVER spilled water or any other liquid on it. Logitech support didn't give any rational answer except telling me that the warranty is already off. Some other letters on the keyboard act weird as well. Does anyone have any clue what could have happened and if there is any way to fix it? Any useful answer would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Logitech K750 Keyboard: Battery recharging in solar keyboard doesn't work after water damage

Hi,

I bought myself a wireless solar keyboard which worked perfectly until I poured some drink into it.

In the photos is non-rechargeable batter cr2032, however the rechargeable had same results.

I am getting appropriate voltage from the solar cells but the rechargeable LED-indicator doesn't light up upon pressing the button and the battery eventually runs flat.
