alguien me puede decir que pasa en mi teléfono htc one M8 ya que cuando lo estoy usando y la batería llega al 15 % se apaga y debo conectarlo al cargador para que pueda prender nuevamente.

esto se presenta por la batería o por la tarjeta lógica ???.

El auricular (interno) del HTC ONE M8 es compatible con el HTC ONE M9. es que el auricular de mi HTC ONE M9 se descompuso y quisiera saber si se le puede instalar uno de un HTC ONE M8.

La pregunta es luego de resetearlo,lo volví a prender prende unos segundos con el logotipo de htc luego en segundos se apaga y no prende más ,el móvil estuvo bien solamente se paraba por esa razón lo reseteee ,ahora en segundos se apaga que hago?

Google Play was accidentally uninstalled. I reinstalled it and now get the error message, "The application (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Is there a way to save my phone? It's running Android version 4.1. I've only had the phone 4 days.

HTC One: How can I fix the purple-tinted camera on my HTC One M7?

My HTC One M7 has the purple tint camera issue. HTC wouldn't repair it (long story), so is there a way to fix it myself? I don't think replacing just the lens would do anything. I think it's a heat related issue. Would adding thermal paste to the heat plate help it?

I have had this phone for 2 months and both cameras stopped working. I try opening the app and it instantly dies and goes back to the home screen. Also on snapchat the screen shows up black and will not show anything that the lens would be showing.

My HTC One M8 will not charge or power up. The phone ran out of charge one evening (first time I let it do so, previously I had always put it on the charger prior to complete battery drain). I hooked it to the charger and the red "charging" LED would not turn on. I've tried several different chargers and power outlets, the phone is four months old, it's never been dropped nor has it ever been wet. I do not know if it is charging, as I have not been able to get it to power on since. The only odd thing I've noticed (besides it not functioning) is that when I plug the charger cable into the phone, an amber LED will light for a few brief seconds. I have tried a soft reset and I've also tried the steps for battery recalibration.

HTC One Mini: Front glass broken, do I need Glass, LCD or Digitizer?

HTC One Mini dropped onto stone floor, front glass is cracked.

Touch functionality still works and the image seems fine behind the broken glass parts.

Now I've asked some online stores in my country about parts, and they said that I would need to replace the whole front (LCD+Digitizer+Front Frame) and offers me a package deal. To me this seems like more than I would need?

I figured it's only the front glass which is broken and needs to be replaced?

So how can I be sure of exactly what parts needs to be replaced? What parts would I need considering that the touch and image is seemingly fine?

HTC Evo 4G LTE: How to recover (internal data from) completely dead/powerless phone?

My son dunked my Evo 4G LTE under a foot of water. It was still on, so I powered it off by holding the top button down, then dried it out in rice for several days. Plugged it in, powered it on - amazing! Looked great! Had to leave for work, by the time I arrived an hour later the phone was a brick - no power, no reset holding the top button (with or without volume up or down), when connected to a computer via USB it neither registers no demonstrates any sign of power.

My main concern is the first four months of my daughter's life in video and photo stored on the phone's internal storage (android "phone memory"). I know, I should have backed it up, but I have two in diapers so best practice sometimes falls by the wayside. I did not have automatic upload set up via dropbox or google.

The phone is under warranty, sprint offered a refurbished for $35 - so I know I can get a working phone back, but I'll gladly opt to pay for a new phone and rip this one apart to get my data back.

Questions for the pros:

1. Is there any hope of recovering the data by recovering the phone? I'm not much of a hardware hacker so this would be easiest for me.

. 1a. Could it just be the battery is trashed? Is it possible to get/replace just the battery?

. 1b. Since USB doesn't bring power, could it be part of the power "subsystem," something that I could independently replace?

2. Alternatively, does anyone out there know how to get to and read this phone's internal storage?

. 2a. Is it a card or chip that can be removed and accessed outside of a phone?

. 2b. A card or chip that I could remove an put into another Evo 4g LTE, or that I could put into a replacement "motherboard" for the same phone?

. 2c. Can I solder some wires somewhere on the phone to try to access the data from another UI (this would be running in the tall grass for me, but I'll certainly try anything)?

For any solution, links to video or written narrative / instructions would be great, but even tips in the right direction or things that have worked on other phones could be helpful.
