HP Chromebook 14: Chrome is totally frozen, and Shift + Esc does not work. Unfreeze?

I cannot unfreeze Chrome on HP Chromebook. No keys do anything, and no cursor or trackpad function is working. How do I reboot it?

after doing a dual installation of windows10 and Ubuntu 18.04 operating systems on my notebook, the windows operating system has stopped working. when i select the windows OS at boot up the message'“ windows automatic repairs “ shows up and the process does not go beyond this level. when i try to re install windows 10 on the notebook, the process begins but the machine does not identify any hard drive and so i am hooked up. please i need help.

I had some Chrome OS defective notices pop up all of a sudden. It required me to use the Chrome OS recovery utility to create a USB Recovery drive to re-install the OS. It worked, and things went back to normal...for a little while. Then the Chrome OS defective issue popped up and got fixed several more times, until finally...the screen would stay blank when the Chromebook was powered on. I could still hear the fan running, and see all the usual lights, like power on indicator light, etc.

My HP is constantly losing signal. My wifi isn't great but this is the only thing in the whole house with this issue. It was doing it occasionally until the last few days. No it happens every 30 minutes. A few times within 15 of restarting or shutting off. I don't know what to do.

I can no longer charge the laptop while it's working. I can only charge the laptop when it's closed and upside-down using the left usb-c port (beside the microphone port).

HP Chromebook14 G5: Spilled water, trackpad malfunctioning?

I spilled a slight bit of water on my personal chromebook in the school cafeteria like a goof, then i looked for paper towels which were across the room, and by the time i came back everything was still fine except the trackpad. I cleaned everything off and everything was working fine, but the trackpad was still acting silly so I let it dry off for a couple of days. I came back to it, now my trackpad detects movement, but doesn't detect pressing. This isnt that much of an issue because I have a mouse and touchscreen, but it's so tedious when I accidentally touch it and now touchscreen doesnt work neither does my mouse. Any help?
