Screen is flickering continuously on any position. I am currently using an external monitor via hdmi for viewing. Also, digitizer needs to be replaced also? I mean is it necessary when replacing the panel?

It could also be a faulty eDP cable (fractured in the hinge perhaps)
Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.73 to view the procedure to remove/replace the LCD panel (complete module includes the touchscreen)
Go to p.93 Item #2 to find the part number (FRU number) for all the panels compatible with the model. Note: A "T" in the name description for the panel indicates it is a touchscreen i.e. FHDT= Full High Definition Touchscreen, FHD = Full High Definition.
Search online using the part number only applicable to your laptop, to find suppliers that suit you best.
The eDP cable is Item #4.
Usually the part number is on the back of the panel if you wish to confirm that you're getting the correct one (also on the eDP cable somewhere as well)

Hello there,
If you don't care about the data you could hard reset the phone in this way it will clear everything. Of course you will need to re-enter your google email account and password to verify that the phone is yours and after that just set it to be without fingerprint.
You can google how to hard reset Samsung Galaxy A23 5G to see for key combination.

I have a year old GE GDT645SYN0FS. It started flashing H2O mid-cycle and would stop washing. Eventually it wouldn’t wash at all, it would start to fill and not even get enough water in to cover the bottom of the machine at all. I pulled the ultra fine and fine filters, checked the valve seal underneath. I pulled the spray arm and cleaned out the orange ball. I checked the water hoses for kinks. I replaced the water intake valve. I realized that if I put water into it to start, it will start running but the moment it has to drain and add more, it H2O’s out on me again. I’m out of ideas.

Presumably the dishwasher’s water supply temperature and pressure are OK - temp 120°-140° F, water pressure 20-120 PSI
Don’t know but was wondering if the problem is with the pressure sensor assembly, part # 333 in the Motor, Sump and Filter assembly diagram.
This is usually used to prevent the dishwasher from over filling but maybe it thinks that it is already full enough and stops it from filling further. You should get a different error code if it is faulty but maybe still worth looking at
According to the supplier in the link above the part number for the mini manual (service manual) for the dishwasher is 31-4000206_v10.pdf
This shows how to get into the diagnostic mode for testing but it also shows the connections for the pressure switch so maybe you can test it with an Ohmmeter (and the power disconnected) to see if it is working OK.

I've tried to turn my laptop off and turn it on and then turn it off again right after the manufacturer's logo shows up, and then turn it on, for 3 times more but I can't get into the advanced repair mode.
I can't get into the advanced repair mode from settings or from the sign-in screen, because I can't even get into the sign-in screen.
Did I do it the wrong way or this method doesn't available on my laptop?
My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260, Windows 10.

Did you let it start to boot into Windows before shutting it down i.e. Windows startup logo on screen?
It needs to boot as it is Windows that starts the repair startup not the BIOS. BIOS gets it ready to boot i.e. manufacturer’s logo on screen until Windows logo when it is booting into the OS
If still no good create a Win 10 recovery USB from any known working Win 10 PC.
In the host PC go to Control panel > Recovery > create a recovery disc and follow the prompts.
You will need an 8GB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.
When you have the USB, insert the USB in the laptop and start the laptop and get into BIOS and then enable Legacy USB (or CSM), save the changes, then restart the laptop.
It should boot into the Windows Recovery menus off the USB. Go to Troubleshooting > Advanced and select the option you want.

I found the specific part that I needed to replace only the keyboard because I didn’t want to buy the whole assembly but I found out that to replace it I need to remove hinges from the assembly but I don’t know how to remove them nor if they’re made out of plastic or metal. Any tips would be awesome

Sometimes it works ,sometimes i have to push really hard to make horn go off.....I know i can't mess around inside the steering wheel because of air bag so does it sound like the horn is bad?...That would be an easy fix..

Thanks for the answer.....Can i just add an external horn button from Autozone or Advance?...Splice it into the horn wires?...Mount it on the dash somewhere?....Did this on an old Chevy truck i have when the horn stopped working...

I replaced blades and primary and secondary belts on my John Deere 42" X300R. I have taken it apart 3 times to confirm I put belts and blades on correctly (I did). Mower starts up fine, runs fine, but as soon as I engage the PTO, it runs very rough for no more than 5 seconds and dies. I have checked belts and blades to make sure they move freely and they do. I torqued according to the specs. I had no problem with the mower until I did the replacements.
I'm a 66 year old woman and my body can't take the abuse with too many more mower deck take downs/put ups but am retired and need to fix it myself. I'm stymied. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm having a similar problem. Started earlier this week when mowing. The mowing deck stopped operating. No odd noises, no squealing of belts, just stopped operating. Nothing blocking the blades or belts, everything seems to be there.
I just went through all the steps above in the solution listing, and all operate normally (i.e, shut off when it is supposed to, stays running when it's supposed to). The engine runs normally, starts easily. I followed every step exactly. Twice.
I can engage the engine, drive from point A to point B, but the mowing deck will not engage via the PTO. Any other ideas for this? I don't want to have to take it to the shop if it's something I'm just overlooking.
Adding: All the connectors are tight, wires are unfrayed and unbroken. There are not obvious issues with any of the connections or wiring harnesses. The tank is full of gas.

Mike Wolf, that looks like a TAB error. Sometimes applying some pressure to the binding on top of the LCD panel can resolve it. Most of the time a new panel is needed.
