Paso 1
1. Turn off the phone. 2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power On buttons. 3. When you feel a vibration, release only the Power On button.

  • 1. Turn off the phone.

  • 2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power On buttons.

  • 3. When you feel a vibration, release only the Power On button.

  • 4. You will see on the screen an exclamation mark (!).

  • 5. Press the keys in this order: • Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down •

  • The phone will restart.

  • Did you do it successfully?

1. Apaga el teléfono

2. Presiona y mantén los botones de Volumen Abajo y de Encendido

3. Cuando notes una vibración, suelta sólo el botón de Encendido

4. Verás en la pantalla un símbolo de exclamación (!)

5. Presiona los botones en este orden: Volumen Arriba > Volumen Abajo > Encendido > Volumen Abajo

El teléfono se reiniciará
