This guide will show you how to remove the auger, and how to replace the part that connects the auger to the motor.

To remove the auger simply pull it off

Then unscrew the four screws holding the plastic part in place

You can then pull that off revealing the piece that connects to the motor

The metal piece can now be replaced by inserting a new one
